Mr. Richard P. started Richard Maintenance Services (RMS) in mid-2000.
Mrs. Lulu Roque-Parungao joined the management team of RMS in 2011.
RMS has temporarily paused its operations by the end of 2021.
Mrs. Lulu RP acquired the business under the name RMS Air Conditioning.
